By purchasing, downloading or using MobShield, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

It can be a violation of federal and state law to install parental control software onto a device that you do not have authorization to use. You are advised to read and follow all applicable laws in your local area.

MobShield is not to be used for illegal purposes whatsoever.

By using MobShield, you agree that you own the Phone that you will be installing the application on, or you have the expressed written consent of the user to install applications as an authorized administrator.

If you are not the legal owner or an authorized administrator of the Phone that MobShield is installed on, we will cooperate with law enforcement officials to the fullest extent possible. You are responsible for following all necessary rules, laws and conditions to ensure full compliance in your area.

You agree to the conditions stated below in the EULA (End User License Agreement). The creators of the MobShield software, our affiliates, resellers, programmers and associates will be in no way held liable for any type of damage, litigation or other legal responsibilities that may arise due to your usage of this software.

Refund Policy

We stand behind our software 100%. If for any reason you experience errors, installation issues or monitoring problems, we will work with you one-on-one to resolve these issues as they arise. In the event that we are unable to repair your MobShield program, we will issue a complete refund within 60 days. Otherwise, no refunds are available. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on the grounds that you issue libelous, slanderous or other defamatory remarks toward our company or we determine you are involved in illegal activities or legal proceedings surrounding the use of MobShield.

Disclaimer and Warranties

MobShield is distributed and licensed AS IS – with no warranties or guarantees of any kind related to the program’s performance, reliability or sustainability to any given task. In no event shall MobShield, its programmers, affiliates, resellers or associates be liable for data loss or damages of any kind , even if we have been advised of such damages. We are in no way liable for financial, physical, emotional or other damages which may arise from the use of our application.

You are responsible for checking federal and local laws to determine if installing MobShield on a Phone is a federal or state offense in your area. It may also be an offense in your area to monitor the activities of others using their cell phone. Failure to comply with these policies will result in immediate account termination without warning.

Privacy

Our customer database is held in the strictest confidentiality. We do not and will not ever sell, rent or otherwise share names with third parties. No information from your Phone or that of your user is stored or collected in any way other than to provide successful operation of the product.

Software Rights/Terms of Service

if you do not agree to these terms of service, do not install or use MobShield or delete it and all related files from your Phone.

The computer software, artwork, music and other components in this product (the “Software) are the copyrighted property of MobShield. MobShield owns all copyright, trade secret, patent and proprietary rights to the software. You are not allowed to distribute, lease or sublicense the software or any portion of it. You are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the software. You may transfer the software to another user, but only if the recipient agrees to the terms and conditions of this agreement. You must transfer the software and all of its components in full and delete or erase any remaining copy on your own Phone devise. Your license will be automatically terminated upon transferring this software to another user.

You acknowledge that using MobShield is done solely at your own risk. You are responsible for stopping any programs which may interfere with or block its attempts to work successfully. All sales are final. Logs older than 14 days are subject to deletion.MobShield warrants the original purchaser that the application will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 60 days. If we are unable to repair your MobShield software issue, we will replace the defective digital media free or charge or provide you with a full refund.These terms of service are subject to change at any time. You are therefore advised to return to this page regularly.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: MobShield has been designed to securely filter, block and monitor a user’s Phone usage. In order to use this application, you must be the owner of the Phone it will be installed on, or have the authorization to install programs on it. Failure to comply with this requirement could be a violation of the law and result in federal, state or local penalties. In using MobShield, you agree to do so responsibly and ethically while releasing the MobShield team, affiliates, programmers and other associates from any liability or legal responsibilities whatsoever. By downloading the MobShield application, you signify that you agree to this disclaimer.
