Q. Do i need to install it physically?
A. Yes, MobShield has to be installed physically on the target phone.
Q. If the target phone is iPhone, do i need to Jailbreak it?
A. Yes iPhone has to be Jailbroken in order to install MobShield.
Q. Is Jailbreaking legal?
A. YES. Both jailbreaking and unlocking (different things) have always been legal, but on July 26, 2010 the US Government officially clarified the issue through DMCA legislation stating that jailbreaking and unlocking iPhones, rooting of Android phones and ripping DVDs (for educational purposes) is completely legal as long as copyright laws are not violated.
Apple may choose not to support a jailbroken iPhone, but jailbreaking is a software only condition. A jailbroken iPhone can always be reformatted with the original IOS version to return it to its factory default (store bought) condition. For more information click here.
